Contact CCasinos.com
For editorial questions, corrections, privacy requests, business enquiries or general feedback, email info@CCasinos.com. The site may also provide a contact form for the same kinds of messages. CCasinos.com is not a casino support desk: we cannot access player accounts, verify you for an operator, cancel a casino transaction, release a withdrawal or recover cryptocurrency held by a third party.
Send enough context, not sensitive credentials
For a correction, include the page URL and the exact passage you believe is wrong. If the issue is a changed operator term, a link or screenshot can help us understand what changed. Do not send identity documents simply to prove that an editorial page needs review.
Business and operator enquiries should identify the brand, legal entity where relevant, the page or proposed placement, and what you are asking for. A commercial enquiry does not give a partner approval over our final editorial conclusion.
Never email a wallet seed phrase, private key, casino password or full payment-card number. CCasinos.com does not need those secrets for any legitimate editorial, commercial or privacy request. If identity verification is necessary to handle a privacy request safely, we should ask only for information reasonably needed to match the request to the relevant record.
How contact information is handled
A contact-form submission may include your name, email address, subject, message, attachments and technical submission or security information. Forms are managed in the WordPress environment with FluentCRM and protected by Google reCAPTCHA.
Direct email is delivered through Namecheap Private Email. Information from either route is used to review and respond to the message, maintain necessary correspondence, prevent abuse and protect legitimate legal interests; the Privacy Policy explains the data handling in more detail.
An ordinary contact message does not subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter signup is a separate action, with a separate unsubscribe choice.
Corrections and privacy are different requests
Both can be sent to info@CCasinos.com, but they require different information. A correction should identify the page and disputed wording, while a privacy request should explain whether you want access, correction, deletion or another review of personal information and provide enough context for the relevant record to be found safely. If a Canadian privacy concern cannot be resolved directly, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada explains how to report a concern within its jurisdiction; in some cases, a provincial privacy authority is the appropriate regulator instead.
Account disputes and urgent help
A casino-account dispute belongs first with the casino or with the regulator or dispute route that actually covers that operator. We can check whether our own page contains an error; we cannot act as the operator’s complaints department or promise an outcome.
For urgent gambling-related harm, use an appropriate local support or self-exclusion service rather than waiting for an editorial reply. If there is immediate danger, call 911. For suicide crisis or severe emotional distress in Canada, call or text 9-8-8. CCasinos.com does not promise a fixed response time.
