Affiliate Disclosure
CCasinos.com uses affiliate relationships. That means the site may earn money when a reader follows a commercial link and completes an action covered by an agreement with the operator or partner.
This disclosure explains what commercial relationships can affect, what they must not determine, and where responsibility for an offer remains.
How revenue may arise
Depending on the agreement, revenue may be linked to a click, registration, qualifying deposit, fixed acquisition payment, revenue share, or another defined action. The trigger and amount can differ by partner.
A reader is not charged a separate fee by CCasinos.com for using an affiliate link. The operator controls its prices, exchange rates, payment fees, eligibility decisions, bonus rules, and account conditions.
Commercial visibility and editorial judgment
Commercial terms can affect visibility. They may influence whether an affiliate link is available, whether an operator appears in a commercial module, or whether a paid placement is offered.
They do not directly set the editorial star score or written conclusion under the working editorial policy. The score is an editorial judgment based on the published criteria and available evidence. An operator or partner does not have approval rights over the final conclusion, and a commercial relationship is not a reason to remove a material limitation.
This is a practical distinction rather than a claim of complete independence. Money can affect commercial placement without being allowed to dictate the editorial assessment.
Paid and sponsored placements
CCasinos.com may use paid placements, sponsored content, advertisements, or advertorial material. Where the placement is commercial, it should be labelled clearly in the local language and format.
A paid position must not be presented as though it were earned solely by an editorial rating. The label and surrounding context should allow a reader to distinguish commercial visibility from an ordinary review conclusion.
Links and destination tracking
CCasinos.com stores affiliate URLs supplied by partners or clients and redirects a reader to the relevant destination after a click. The site does not set a first-party affiliate-tracking cookie before that redirect under the confirmed operating profile.
Tracking may begin on the operator or destination website under that site’s own cookies, privacy policy, and terms. CCasinos.com does not control those third-party technologies after departure.
Offers and eligibility
An affiliate link does not guarantee that an offer is available to an Australian reader, that registration will be accepted, or that a bonus or withdrawal will be approved. Country restrictions, identity checks, payment rules, and product limitations remain controlled by the operator and applicable rules.
For Australia, the underlying service category matters before the commercial offer. ACMA lists online casinos among the services providers must not offer to people in Australia. A commercial link, a foreign licence, or technical access does not change that distinction.
Questions about commercial relationships
Questions about an affiliate relationship, placement label, or business enquiry can be sent to info@CCasinos.com. Include the relevant page and placement so the issue can be reviewed in context.
